The brief

André needed a platform that could grow with his practice. Not a Linktree, not a booking page. A real home for courses, coaching programs, and the content he was already producing.
The constraint: he runs the platform himself, with no technical team.

How we think about it.
Every project starts with the business problem, not the solution. Before touching any tool or writing a line of code, we spend time with the people who own the outcome. We map what's broken, what's actually worth fixing, and what success looks like in practice, not in a brief. Only then do we build.
We chose a stack he could actually operate: Webflow for the site, a learning platform integration for courses, Stripe for payments, and Calendly for scheduling.
Every design decision ran through one filter: can André update this himself in under five minutes?
